Such a low-life living in my mind

Dressed as the rich, polished fear

When it is penniless, white noise

Slinking through my twisted streets

The neurological pathways decorated with listless cracks

It drags itself up every crack

And rips the baby brightness from their roots

But I cannot hear their hopeful screams

Because white noise dominates these shaky streets
