And you are there

But to you, you are here

And I am there

Together we are 6 hours of pretty much nowhere

Save the couple of small plots we have invested in between

Distance takes on new meaning when love is involved

Hearts suddenly feel emotions like alcohol- a gentle rise, a sudden climb, and then a plunge

I hope to wake up in the morning with a hang over a long as you are over there as I am

Together we can pop ease into our mouths and soothe these aching beats in our minds to make a rhythm

Then perhaps we can listen to the other’s song

And the distance will not feel quite so long
